We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator, with a positive, can-do attitude, to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by supporting staff, and doing a variety of miscellaneous tasks including marketing, 401k, employee benefits, patient management, and account reviews. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while moving the company forward and setting an example for other employees. Experience in the dental field is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside the box, question what doesn't look right, and have a proven track record of being honest and hard working.
Responsibilities
- To start, learn front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries. Learn how to do all office responsibilities and positions.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance organizational efficiency and workflow.
- Support technology (phones, internet, computers) concerns and maintenance.
- Review, manage, and respond professionally on social media platforms.
- Respond to requests for 401k information from employees and others.
- Thoroughly review patient accounts for refunds.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in administrative duties, including clerical work and document management.
- Experience in the dental field is a huge plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of phone systems, computers, and software for effective communication management.
