What matters to us:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Experience in housekeeping preferred and must demonstrate good sanitary habits.
- Communicate well with others including staff and our individuals
Essential Functions:
- Maintains current knowledge of safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures and follows campus guidelines by providing a clean, safe, odor-free, and sanitary environment.
- Performs dusting sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties in all campus buildings.
- Maintains current knowledge of campus and department policies and procedures.
- Measures and utilizes cleaning chemicals appropriately.
- Follows infection control policies and procedures with every cleaning task.
- Understand proper usage of equipment needed to perform tasks and to clean and maintain equipment to ensure proper working order.
