Wendell Foster is interested in hiring an energetic Full-Time Laundry Worker to join the team of #DifferenceMakers!

- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

- High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Possession of valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Communicate well with others including staff and our individuals
Essential Functions:
- Maintains current knowledge of safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines within the organization and follows accordingly.
- Operates washers and dryers according to operating instructions.
- Removes lint from dryer filters.
- Measures and utilizes any chemicals used appropriately.
- Understand proper usage of equipment to perform tasks and to clean and maintain equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Sorts, weighs and documents weight of all clothing and linens prior to laundering.
- Folds, sorts, and places laundered items in designated areas.
- Transports soiled and clean clothing and linens, following guidelines, to and from laundry.
