Wendell Foster is interested in hiring an energetic (Part-Time) Physical Therapy Assistant for our Outpatient Services to join the team of #DifferenceMakers!

What matters to us:
- High school diploma or G.E.D required
- Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Licensed by the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy.
- Experience working in with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
Essential Functions:
- Provides physical therapy services according to an individual’s plan of care.
- Consults with supervising Physical Therapist regarding client status.
- Ensures that documentation and billing are completed according to Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy Practice Act and all applicable regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of current trends in Physical Therapy.
- Assures the maintenance of standards of the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Serves as liaison to residents, facility staff, and community agencies to enhance awareness of services provided.
- Provides facility in-service and/or training programs as needed.
