Position Summary:
The Construction Services Technician is responsible for performing field maintenance at our sites including seeding, mowing, spraying, signage, fencing, etc. This position will also be required to become cross trained and help assist our Construction Services team throughout the year. Other duties of the position may include assisting the Director of Property Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform site and building maintenance, which consists of operating tractors, UTV, hand tools, chainsaws, and other equipment. Projects would include mowing, spraying, seeding, fencing, signing, site cleanup, and other property maintenance. (Approximately 70% of time is spent on this function)
- Cross train and assist the Construction Services team with construction projects, including assisting with repairs such as installing or replacing light fixtures and plumbing fixtures, wall repairs, doors and framework, locks and other security devices, light bulbs, etc. (Approximately 30% of time is spent on this function)
Education Level: High School Diploma or GED
Education Major: None
Work Experience: 2 or more years of experience in trade work or education preferred
Direct Reports: None
