Job Description
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong experience in ERP and WMS software, SQL databases, and advanced Excel functions. The ideal candidate will also possess a deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Ensure smooth business operations through effective data management, reporting, and system customization.
- System Development: Use VBScript and SQL to develop custom Syspro modules, programs, macros, workflows, and reports that align with our unique business needs. Build custom functionality to enhance operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics: Support data-driven decision-making by creating, modifying, and maintaining complex reports in Excel, leveraging advanced functions such as pivot tables, conditional formatting, and VBA. Automate and distribute reports using Excel and SAP Crystal Reports.
- Database Management: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers to automate critical processes and reporting tasks.
- User Support and Training: Provide comprehensive user support, including technical assistance, onboarding new users, and developing training materials. Manage user accounts and permissions while maintaining and updating documentation for new and existing system functionalities.
