Job Overview
This role plays a key part in our growth and success, requiring a strong experience with ERP and WMS software, SQL databases, and advanced Excel functions. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process Automation: Use VBScript and SQL to develop custom Syspro modules, programs, macros, workflows, and reports that align with our unique business needs. Build custom functionality to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Visualization: Support data-driven decision-making by creating, modifying, and maintaining complex reports in Excel, leveraging advanced functions such as pivot tables, conditional formatting, and VBA. Automate and distribute reports using Excel and SAP Crystal Reports.
- Database Administration: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers to automate critical processes and reporting tasks.
- Syspro System Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day performance of Syspro, ensuring uptime and resolving issues as they arise. Proactively maintain the system to prevent delays or downtime.
- User Support: Provide comprehensive user support, including technical assistance, onboarding new users, and developing training materials. Manage user accounts and permissions while maintaining and updating documentation for new and existing system functionalities.
