">We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented full-time Maintenance Technician for our community, Denton Cove- a 52-unit multifamily community located in Apalachicola, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, common areas, parking lot/garage, and other community buildings.

">Requirements:

">The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in maintenance preferred. Skills include light carpentry, drywall repair, texture painting, computer literacy, ability to multi-task, outstanding customer service, and embracing a shared responsibility environment.

">Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community including curb appeal ">
- Perform daily trash removal from office areas and community perimeter, as well as from trash chutes to compactor ">
- Prepare make-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments prior to make-ready ">
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner ">
- Clean available apartments and/or models ">
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, including HVAC ">
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Property Manager ">
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shop ">
- Other duties as assigned by management ">
