A District Manager (DM) at Wendy's manages the day-to-day operations of five to eight Wendy's restaurants. They are responsible for :
- Operations : Ensuring that business processes are followed, including financial controls, policies, and procedures

- Food safety : Ensuring that food safety procedures are followed and corrective actions are taken
