As a Customer Experience Specialist - Late Night Shift, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied. You will work closely with your team members to achieve this goal and maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized service to our guests
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu and be able to make recommendations to our guests
- Operate the Point of Sale system efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Ability to work as late as Midnight-1:00am
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work late nights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
