GENERAL MANAGER ~ AGM ~ ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER ~ SHIFT MANAGER

The Wendy's Company is hiring management of all levels!

  • General Manager : $52,500 to $94,000 bonus benefits
  • Assistant General Manager : $18 to $27 per hour benefits
  • Shift Manager : $17.90 to $22.05 per hour benefits

Locations : Corporate-owned locations throughout Whitman, Marshfield,  Abington, Hanover and Rockland

    Key responsibilities vary based on position but can include :

  • Effectively managing employees and team members
  • Day to day operations of 1.5 million dollar restaurant
  • Participate in training and development of all team members
  • Objectively evaluate employee performance to determine coaching needs
  • Assist with creating schedules within budget and time constraints
  • Maintain employee files and documentation while maintaining confidentiality
  • See that restaurant adheres to compliance policies at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Required :

  • Recent management experience
  • Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
  • Self Motivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds

    The ideal candidate will have experience as a General Manager, Store Manager, AGM, Senior Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, FOH Manager, Banquet Manager, Service Manager, Floor Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, Team Lead, Team Leader, Shift Leader, GM, RM, AM or another restaurant or retail management position.
