Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food service and hospitality
- Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Manage inventory control and cash handling processes
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining excellent service
- Collaborate with kitchen management to streamline food preparation and service
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Co-Manager or Assistant General Manager (AGM) in QSR (preferably Wendy’s or another fast-food restaurant)
- Motivated Leader – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to help your team succeed
