Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a quick-service environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage financial performance and achieve targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Operational and Compliance Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure adequate stock without excess waste.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales, inventory, and employee documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve operations.
Leadership:
- Hire, train, and develop employees to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Schedule staff effectively to meet operational needs and control labor costs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Control costs and manage expenses to maximize profitability.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, knee and lift (25 - 50 pounds)
- Mobility (i.e.: bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying)
- All positions require long periods of standing without a break.
- This position does require you to work 50 regular hours.
- Must be willing to work shifts that include evenings and weekends.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
