As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and preparing menu items - Take customer orders and accurately input them into the Aloha POS system - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and friendly manner - Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy - Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy - Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions effectively - Knowledge of food safety procedures is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within our organization.
