- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Perform trim carpentry tasks, ensuring precise measurements and alignment.
- Work with roofing materials, ensuring proper installation and waterproofing.
- Plumb walls and install drywall as needed for various projects.
- Assist in concrete forming for foundations and other structural elements.
- Engage in the restoration industry, repairing and restoring existing structures.
- Assemble furniture or fixtures as required by project specifications.
- Collaborate with electrical teams to ensure proper installation of electrical components within wooden structures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites.
Skills
- Proficiency in trim carpentry techniques.
- Experience with roofing installation and maintenance.
- Ability to plumb walls accurately for structural integrity.
- Knowledge of stucco application techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with concrete forming processes.
- Competence in drywall installation and finishing.
- Strong assembly skills for various construction-related tasks.
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is advantageous.
