Job Summary: Wenger has an experienced and knowledgeable flat roofing team that excels in TPO and EPDM roofing systems. Wenger has earned the Perfect10n Award 8 years in a row (awarded to top 5% of installers in US and Canada based on quality not quantity). We are very proud of the quality and workmanship that our roofing crews deliver and are looking for hard working driven individuals who also take pride in their work while focusing on quality and customer experience. You will get 3 performance reviews in your 1st year. 60 day, 6 month and 1 year. These are comprehensive reviews that allow you to earn the value you are bringing to the table which relate to work ethic, attitude, attendance, skillset, teamwork and more! After your 60 day proving period, if you do your part, we will do ours and you will be invited into Wenger Worker Academy. What does that mean?
