We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Lead to drive new client acquisition within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. This is a key role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, shaping large deals, and building relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across the industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full sales cycle – from identifying prospects to closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategies to win new CPG clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (solution architects, industry experts, etc.) to craft impactful proposals.
- Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and virtual presentations.
- Create innovation-led partnerships that deliver real business value.
What You’ll Need:
- 12–15 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong exposure to the CPG industry – either through direct sales or working within CPG firms.
- Background in a top-tier IT services or consulting environment.
- Ability to engage and influence senior client executives.
- A passion for driving growth and transformation.
This is a high-impact role with the autonomy to shape how we grow in the CPG space across North America.
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
