Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership – Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to acquire new logos and expand market share within the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality industries.
- Business Development & Growth – Identify, engage, and win new clients by leveraging an extensive portfolio of IT and business consulting services.
- Client Relationship Management – Establish and nurture trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, ensuring long-term business success.
- Sales Pipeline & Deal Execution – Manage the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Solution-Oriented Selling – Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored digital transformation solutions that address client pain points and drive measurable impact.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with internal teams across market development, industry SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions.
Key Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: 12-15 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within IT consulting or services, with a strong focus on Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality.
- Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive demand generation and consultative selling.
- Executive-Level Network: Strong relationships with key stakeholders in the TTH industry, with the ability to influence and close high-value deals.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Ability to assess market trends, develop data-driven sales strategies, and position innovative solutions effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT solutions, digital transformation, cloud computing, AI, and automation trends within the TTH sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT; MBA preferred.
- Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
