About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer with expertise in powdered materials to lead and support the design, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of process design, control, and optimization, as well as excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation. They will analyze production data and conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process inefficiencies or issues.
About You:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering with a focus on powdered materials such as graphite, black mass, silicon, or similar.
- You possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
