Job Summary:
The Technical Support Representative (TSR) specializes in equipment repair, new installations and trouble shooting used and demo devices. The TSR is also responsible for supporting customers with troubleshooting and maintenance on printers and media devices.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Excelling in repairing and troubleshooting equipment
- Travelling to customer locations to deliver installations, maintenance, and repairs on the equipment
- Providing comprehensive training to customers on equipment usage
- Generating accurate quotes and orders for equipment servicing
- Delivering engaging demonstrations on the equipment offered by Wensco
- Managing incoming customer calls for equipment service and repair
- Collaborating with other TSRs on the Technical Service team to resolve various issues and assist customers

The qualifications for this job include:
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 75lbs or more on occasion
