Position: General Manager
Pay rate: $45,000-$55,000/yr. - depending on experience And a Monthly Bonus!!!!!!!!
Location: 200 South Park Drive Broken Bow OK

General Manager Criteria:
MUST have a minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant Manager Experience; Wendy’s or other quick service restaurant experience required. *
Must have experience with: *
- Food Ordering System
- Managing a Team
- Reading P&L statements
- Scheduling
- Training and Development * Must be highly motivated.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must work well with a team.

- Oversee daily operations of the food service department, ensuring efficient management of staff and resources.
- Train and supervise team members in food preparation, service standards, and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory control and cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Foster a positive dining experience by addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Implement best practices in hospitality management to enhance service delivery.
