What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Concierge position at Wentworth Mansion?
The Wentworth Mansion is seeking an outgoing, service-oriented individual for the Front Desk Concierge position. As the first employee the guest encounters, it is the concierge's responsibility to be gracious and efficient while upholding Charming Inn's reputation for hospitality, service, and luxury.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer all incoming phone calls and assist the caller with their request or redirect the call.
- Book room reservations with accurate description of room type and correct quote of rate and included amenities.
- Assist guests with recommendations for area restaurants and attractions and secure tickets and reservations when requested.
- Perform check in and check out procedure with guests.
- Collaborate with bell staff and housekeeping to provide a seamless guest experience.
