Wentworth Senior Living is Hiring an IT Support Services Assistant!
Rate: $25-30/hr
Schedule: 15-20 hours/week
Location: Portsmouth, NH - WSL is located steps from Portsmouth's Market Square and Prescott Park, behind the Strawbery Banke Museum

As an IT Support Services Assistant, your responsibilities will include a few of the following key points:
- Work directly with vendors and staff to troubleshoot or implement new devices, fixes and processes, maintain comprehensive device cataloging.
- Provide comprehensive desktop support & training sessions.
- Create documentation as needed and assist in organization, distribution and support.
- Assist with the deployment of new laptops and software
- Update and monitor IT ticketing system
- Install, configure, test, maintain and monitor end user workstations.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, iPhones and tablets.

Experience:
- Must have strong skills and knowledge of PC hardware and software and Microsoft and cloud products
- Analytical problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail
- Healthcare experience a plus.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Strong background in current technology, computers, devices and tools including computer operations, data processing and training
