Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It :

As our Senior RF / Electronics Design Engineer extraordinaire, your job is to unleash your superhuman abilities and develop the worlds next circuit designs from quantum computing applications to deep space and beyond. You'll work alongside some of the sharpest minds in the RF and microwave industry. Oh, and did we mention that you'll be based in the heart of Austin, Texas, where the tech scene is as hot as our BBQ?

Here's What You'll Be Doing :

• Designing low phase noise oscillators, frequency sources, synthesizers, RF / microwave building blocks (amplifiers, detectors, mixers, couplers, filters, up / down conversion), integrated microwave assemblies, and subsystems.
• Developing next generation RF / microwave and electronic solutions for aerospace, space, defense, test & measurement, scientific, and quantum computing applications.
• Working with customers to understand requirements and decomposing that into product design and performance specifications.
• Working with program managers, electrical engineers, RF / microwave engineers, mechanical engineers, software / firmware engineers, test engineers, manufacturing engineers, suppliers, production and quality to ensure products meet requirements and are delivered on time and budget.
• Testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Developing and documenting procedures and process to ensure compliance to standards.
• Participating and staying up to date with RF / microwave and electronics industry trends and breakthroughs.
• Managing your projects to schedule and cost.
