Role Overview
The Social Media Executive will be an integral part of our Marketing Team, responsible for managing and growing our online presence across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand values, promote our products, and engage our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and traffic across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars to plan engaging, creative, and innovative posts that enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages, ensuring regular and strategic content delivery.
- Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, assess performance, and determine campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operation Development teams to create a cohesive brand message.
- Engage with customers and followers to build community and foster relationships.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
- Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Working with the creative and paid agency on seasonal campaigns
- Developing social assets that are right for each platform
- Develop content plans against the hero, hub and hygiene model
- Be constantly curious – we’re looking for someone to drive the social media agenda
- Proactive with thinking and ways to tell the Wenzel’s story
- Video recording and editing for use on social media
- Ideally use of Emplify or similar community management tools
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- and other social media best practices.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Familiarity with Social media publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
