The bell person's responsibilities include :
- Welcoming guests to the resort in a warm and gracious manner
- Transporting luggage at check in and check out according to resort standards
- Familiarizing guests with the hotel and its features and amenities
- Delivering amenities and supplies to guest rooms as requested
- Assisting guests in locating convenient parking
- Transporting guests to nearby attractions and activities
- Transporting guests by golf cart on property
- Delivering newspapers as requested
The ability to lift 50 pounds is required and experience in a luxury hotel is preferred. The person should enjoy interaction with guests and have the desire to consistently provide superior service.
