What are the responsibilities and job description for the HSKP Inspector position at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club?
The responsibilities of the housekeeping inspector include:
- Training the staff to provide the resort's sequence of cleaning services and to adhere by all cleaning and sanitizing protocols
- Mentoring, coaching, and counseling the staff
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public space
- Providing day to day support to director of housekeeping
- Establishing safe working conditions through proper training
- Assigning and organizing daily duties
- Providing exceptional levels of service to our guests
The role requires knowledge of housekeeping service techniques, basic computer skills, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Two years' experience in a luxury resort is preferred.
