What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Engineer position at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club?
The maintenance engineer responsibilities include :
- Performing assignments as directed by the Director of Engineering
- Responding to guest room calls to rectify any room issues
- Repairing malfunctioning equipment
- Performing grounds maintenance
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Assisting with light carpentry work, painting, electrical and plumbing work as needed
- Competitive hourly wage
- CPO license and experience with pools a plus
A minimum of one year's similar job experience is required. Previous experience in a resort environment is preferred. The candidate should be able to work both independently and as a team.
