**Job Summary:**
As a maintenance engineer at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing Assignments: You will receive directives from the Director of Engineering and execute them as required.
- Guest Room Calls: Respond promptly to guest room calls to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment to minimize downtime.
- Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the grounds and exterior areas of the resort to ensure they remain safe and aesthetically pleasing.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular checks and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend its lifespan.
- Light Carpentry Work: Assist with minor carpentry tasks, such as repairs and renovations, as needed.
