What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Area Attendant position at Wequassett Resort & Golf Club?
Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five- Star resort is looking for public area cleaners. This person will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all public space including rest rooms, fitness center and all indoor and outdoor common spaces. The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to interact with guests in a warm and gracious manner.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing regular cleaning of all common areas that are accessible to guests
- Cleaning includes mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning glass surfaces and windows, removing marks and stains from walls, doors, and carpets
- Replenishing supplies in restrooms and fitness center, emptying waste receptacles
- Responding to guests needs in a warm and gracious manner
Previous hotel experience is preferred; training will be provided. The successful candidate should be attentive and able to work independently.
