Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Production Expert to join our team, responsible for operating advanced machinery and producing precision components that meet the stringent demands of our aerospace, defense, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

1. Operate CNC and manual machines to produce parts according to specifications, ensuring high-quality results and efficient production runs.
2. Interpret technical blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and work orders to determine machining requirements, leveraging technical knowledge to drive precision and accuracy.
3. Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates at optimal levels, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with technical certification or associate degree in machining, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience as a machinist or in a precision manufacturing role, with proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding G-code programming.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
