The Global Project Manager - People Systems will lead the development, implementation and on going operations of key processes and systems to support current and future Global People business needs, inclusive of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Learning Management System (LMS). This individual will serve as a change agent, consolidator and ambassador for global people initiatives. This individual will lead a team that supports system implementation and operations. This position is able to work remotely, with preference for Boston, MA area location.

Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- Lead Global HRIS/LMS Implementations: Oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong cross-functional relationships with HR, IT, vendors, and regional business leaders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies while ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and integrate best practices into system implementation and on-going operations.
- Change Management & Training: Develop change management strategies, coordinate training, and ensure smooth user adoption.
- Issue Resolution & Risk Management: Identify potential risks, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPis), provide regular project updates, and ensure continuous improvement.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Information Systems, or Business discipline required.
- 10 years of project management experience, managing large-scale, global, cross functional projects, ensuring successful system deployment while aligning with business goals.
- Proven track record in HRIS and/or LMS implementation, including system configuration, data migration, and integration.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators.
- Ability to navigate cross-cultural environments and manage projects across different time zones.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are desirable.
- Additional Skills/Knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge of HR frameworks, systems, policies and processes.
- Strong understanding of learning technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent project management and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational agility, relationship management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders effectively across different time zones, cultures, and business units.
