What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Leader position at Werle's Lawn Service?
Thank you for considering Werle's Lawn Service as your new potential employer! We are seeking a dedicated, results-driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Crew Leader. The ideal individual has at least 2 years of lawn care experience, is a great leader, and is highly motivated! They will lead crews of up to 3 people in all aspects of lawn care such as mowing, trimming, and edging.

Responsibilities:
Perform lawn care duties, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Must show up on time with a positive attitude and a desire to help your team succeed!
Operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, and other powered tools to maintain outdoor areas.
Maintain and repair mechanical equipment used for landscaping tasks.
Must be able to lead and guide other crew members in achieving company and personal goals.
Drive truck and trailer
Assist with landscape projects, such as installing mulch, gravel, and other landscaping as needed.
Possibly assist with Snow Removal and Christmas Light Installation
Must be able to communicate effectively and extremely professionally with customers and other crew members
Qualifications:
Previous experience in lawn care, snow plowing, landscape, or related field of at least 2 years is preferred.
Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in lawn care.
Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs is essential!
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
Fantastic communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
