Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our flatbed carrier network and increase revenue. Identify new business opportunities, target prospective clients, and generate leads.
- Carrier Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with flatbed carriers, ensuring optimal service, performance, and pricing. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to meet customer needs while maximizing profitability.
- Client Management: Work closely with customers to understand their transportation needs and provide tailored flatbed solutions. Provide ongoing support, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity. Use this knowledge to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of flatbed transportation services and enhance overall customer experience.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Sales, negotiation or communication experience preferred
- Strong desire to learn and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
