**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure work complies with engineering specifications and local building codes.
- Keep accurate work logs: jobsites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up.
- Work with minimal supervision, applying your skills and independent decision-making in a manner that provides superior quality work for the customer.
- Ability and willingness to train and mentor apprentices.
Requirements
- Candidates who possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI are preferred.
- At least 3 years Lead experience.
- Possess a valid Michigan driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places.
- Skilled at using power and hand tools.
- Excellent and effective communication skills - oral and written.
