- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach team members on Scrum principles and practices to enhance their understanding and effectiveness
- Work closely with the product owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and understood by the team
- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress and productivity
- Foster a collaborative environment within and across teams, encouraging open communication and transparency
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals
- Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies and provide guidance on best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is required
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Solid understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks, particularly Scrum
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and familiarity with software development processes
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
