We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, NLU & Agentic AI to design, build, and optimize machine learning models that power our AI-driven talent marketplace. You'll focus on natural language understanding (NLU) and agent-based AI systems to create smart, responsive, and human-centric tools.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy scalable NLU models and conversational AI systems
- Develop agentic AI solutions for decision-making workflows
- Optimize ML models for accuracy, speed, and scalability
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions
- Stay updated on AI trends and incorporate best practices
- You are passionate about building AI solutions that solve real-world problems
- You are driven by curiosity and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- You care about collaboration and value diverse perspectives
- You take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments
- Proficiency in building and deploying NLU and agentic AI systems
- Expertise in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HuggingFace
- Ability to develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for production
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques
- Experience with deploying AI models in production environments using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Demonstrated success in solving real-world AI/ML challenges with measurable outcomes
