Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop specific job descriptions that attract suitable candidates
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networks
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates that align with our technical needs and company culture
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles, leveraging technology and market insights
• Stay current with industry trends and employment practices to enhance the recruitment process and outreach strategies

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the tech or AI industry
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' technical skills effectively
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
