Client Relationship Manager - Insurance

Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Experience & Skills

• Associates or bachelors degree preferred but not required.
• Insurance agency or insurance customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

Overview

• Customer service representatives explain billing & payment options, auto policy vehicle changes, coverage options and protection, applying payments, act as liaison between customers and banks for proof of insurance. Customer follow-up and signature retention.

Job Duties:

• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer inquiries regarding billing and payment questions, policy changes, coverages, pricing and quoting of vehicles on personal lines insurance policies.
• Review scheduled vehicles, motorcycles, ATV, and motorhomes with customers
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• File customer insurance claims and set expectations regarding the claim process, rental cars, towing and other coverages
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• listening to customer concerns, offer support and solutions in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Supporting the president with customer support, scheduling and follow-up , taking photos of properties, some personal shopping and travel arrangements.
