Summary
You will have the opportunity to work with our Commercial Bankers, providing them with industry research, marketing materials, and prospect identification. Works with Commercial Underwriting and Credit Support to observe and learn the process for spreading financial statements, putting together a complete loan package, and completing a credit memorandum for review with the Sr. Credit Officer. Once a loan is approved, obtains all needed information to prepare for a loan closing.

Prepares marketing materials.
Assesses prospect identification- using resources such as LinkedIn, publications, etc.
Uses the sales management system for lead identification and input.
Collects and monitors financial information.
Works with Portfolio Manager's and Relationship Managers with client support.
Assists with loan modifications.
Observes and learns the process for spreading financial statements.
Observes and learns the process for putting together a complete loan package.
Observes and learns the process of completing a credit memorandum for review with the Senior Credit Officer.
Observes and learn the process once a deal is approved of obtaining all needed information and preparing for a loan closing.
Prepares and delivers a presentation at program close, meeting the specifications of the manager.

The wage range for the Commercial Banker Intern position is $17.50 - $20.00 per hour. This position is a temporary position for students looking for a summer commercial banking internship.

Coursework completed in these fields a plus.
Must be available for a minimum of eight weeks.
