Summary
Responsible for the sales, marketing and support of WesBanco’s Commercial Card and Integrated Payments products and services. Partners with Commercial and Treasury Sales teams to ensure delivery of commercial card products to larger commercial clients and prospects. Works to increase Interchange revenue through increasing commercial card and integrated payment services to new clients, while working with existing commercial card clients to expand program spend. Analyzes the profitability of new commercial card business opportunities. Internal clients are developed as primary lead sources but works closely with the Commercial and Treasury Sales teams to grow leads. Provides timely and accurate reporting of required sales and business development reports.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for WesBanco’s Commercial Card and Integrated Payables production and profitability by partnering with Treasury Sales Officers, Commercial Lenders and Branch partners to grow new and existing commercial card programs.
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of WesBanco’s Commercial Card and Integrated Payables product offering. Keeps a working knowledge of TM products and services to assist in cross selling related TM products.
Participates and guides the client through the Commercial Card and Integrated Payments onboarding process, assisting the client in planning and execution of commercial card roll out. This may include working with the clients IT area to assure file lay out correctness, where needed to assure a successful launch.
Meets assigned new commercial card client and fee goals as established annually for Commercial Card and Integrated Payables.
Leads demand generating marketing activities for commercial cards and integrated payables.
Ensures that pricing presented to clients or internal stakeholders represents profitable and viable business to WesBanco.
Acts as a support and education resource for selling of commercial cards and integrated payables to Treasury Management, Commercial and Branch partners.
Assists management in the development of new commercial cards services, modification of existing card services, development of marketing strategy and establishment of sales growth objectives.
Establishes proper legal documentation for all Treasury Management products.
In conjunction with Treasury Management Support and Onboarding, may assist in training and developing all commercial team members on Treasury Management commercial card products and pricing.
Creates and maintains a monthly pipeline and closed sales report for Commercial Management and Executive Leadership.
Ensures the safety and soundness of TM functions or customer activity based upon the bank's risk management policy and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

4 year degree, business major preferred and/or four years of related banking experience or equivalent combination of both.
Minimum of three years of experience in Commercial Card/Integrated Payables required, sales or account management preferred. Strong knowledge of payment systems, depository products, and operational delivery required.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to effectively lead cross functional projects and ability to think strategically required.
