WESCO Industries is a non-profit, community service provider
that supports individuals with disabilities.
We are looking for a caring staff with a positive attitude to provide supervision and skill development to individuals working in the community, and maintaining their employment. Must be willing to meet all requirements of employment including completing necessary training and meetings. This person must complete the APSE training and CESP Exam within the first year of hire.

Responsibilities
- Assess individual needs and develop tailored employment plans for members with developmental disabilities.
- Provide guidance and support in job searching, interviewing, and workplace integration.
- Collaborate with employers to promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance job readiness skills.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and employment outcomes.
- Advocate for members' rights and navigate employment and labor laws.
- Foster relationships with community resources to support member success.
