The Field Inventory Technician plays a critical role in our organization by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have the products they need to succeed. This position requires a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for traveling to assigned areas, checking inventory levels, and obtaining new product orders as needed. Your ability to work independently and think critically will be essential in resolving any issues that may arise during your travels.
Responsibilities
* Check inventory levels and obtain new product orders as needed
* Communicate effectively with customers to evaluate their needs and concerns
* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order status
* Source and upsell products to existing and potential customers
* Provide daily support to sales efforts and account maintenance functions
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1 year of experience in electrical, construction, or mechanical products preferred
* Basic computer skills and problem-solving abilities required
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
