We are seeking a seasoned Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Wesco International. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies.
Your main responsibility is to interact with existing customers to increase sales of our products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, enhancing the customer's buying experience. Your goal is to manage a portfolio of larger, more complex accounts and demonstrate expertise in all aspects of the inside sales process.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Achievement: Exceed performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, and efficiency objectives.
- Product Promotion: Promote our products and offer added-value services to boost sales.
- Account Expansion: Develop robust business relationships in expanding existing accounts and opportunities within the account base.
- Opportunity Evaluation: Manage, evaluate, and develop opportunities transferred from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
