Job Description
As a Senior Analyst - Supply Planning Systems, you will maintain a focal point within our Inventory Management team as the SME and owner of the Blue Yonder system. You will champion innovation, process development and the continuous improvement of Blue Yonder across the Inventory Management team. You will engage with all Functions to optimize and leverage the full capability of the system to support service and improve working capital. You will interface with IT and Blue Yonder for ongoing maintenance and technology roadmaps related to delivering a world class planning system.
Responsibilities :
- Drives technical changes within the BY environment such as creation and utilization of user defined tables and Flexible Editor pages
- Key interface when problems, issues and challenges relating to the BY system occur, offering proactive solutions, analytical support and guidance to resolution
- Identifies a roadmap of system upgrades and be the SME in the utilization of BY Demand, Supply and other modules within the portfolio
- Liaise with IT for requirements as a result of a change in process / solution and where technical / network issues are causing issues; support and maintain the overall health of the system
- Defines, manages and maintains business KPIs and reporting through the use of Power BI or other automated solutions
- Owns governance reporting for Blue Yonder and other legacy systems, providing insight to stakeholders on non-conformance to policy
- Champions BY across our business both to the Inventory team and the wider business community
- Leverages external best practice to benchmark our current business capabilities and ensure we drive a continuous improvement mindset to maintain a world class planning organization
- Supports wider inventory management objectives to balance service, cost, and working capital
