Job Description
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the design, creation, development and execution of field marketing programs. You will support the Electrical & Electronic Solutions (EES) Industrial team. You will plan the strategy, develop content, and execute programs to support the growth and expansion of Wesco’s products and services for the local branches and supplier partners. Additionally, you will create, convey brand messages and improve brand awareness as well as analyze statistics and identify areas to optimize marketing performance. Other tasks will also include coordinating local events and trainings. As a Marketing Manager, you must be prepared for a fast pace, managing multiple projects simultaneously and wearing many hats. This role will support the Northeast and Southeast regions.

Compensation Details: $92,095 - $124,328 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with key contacts for implementation and communication of sales promotions and marketing campaigns from concept development to execution, including development of marketing collateral such as social and digital campaigns, as well as traditional marketing such as events, direct mailers, brochures, flyers, catalog pages, etc.
- Conceive, guide and manage multiple campaigns and projects within a fast-paced environment, while acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring strong, visible and profitable working relationships between all of the business functions.
- Assist with development, management and report tracking of marketing programs and activities for your respective region and programs.
- Monitor customer engagement and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of marketing campaigns and provide insight on how to improve or expand marketing effectiveness.
- Assist with research and analysis of activities such as market trends, web metrics/trend analysis and tracking, competitive website/eCommerce monitoring, customer research, and competitor research.
- Support your local branches for product promos, trainings, supplier coordination, local events, etc.
- Work directly with supplier partners to develop local and national strategy, execute in your local assigned region and coordinate with colleagues to support their execution, as well as report back to suppliers with activity, performance metrics, ROI, and sales revenue/product reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Marketing or Business Administration required; Masters’ Degree - Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Advertising, or Marketing preferred
- 7 years experience in product or field marketing
- 3 years experience in strategic business planning
- 5 years experience in product or field marketing preferred
- Experience in Industrial/B2B marketing preferred; distribution experience a plus preferred
- Industry knowledge, including suppliers, customers, and competitors preferred
- Experience in hiring, training, developing, managing and appraising personnel preferred
- Marketing strategy and implementation
- Strong creativity and entrepreneurial drive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytics skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to influence others, meet deadlines, and deliver results
- Ability to travel 25-35% of the time
