As a Senior Manager - IT, you will be responsible for coordinating activities of staff engaged in business systems, computer operations, computer systems, computer programming, and company's network to assure effective computer resources are provided to users. You will manage the support of all On-Prem and Cloud Supply chain systems.
Responsibilities
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package. You will manage the support of all On-Prem and Cloud Supply chain systems.
Responsibilities
- Leads IT delivery of WMS projects including Legacy and DDP integrations.
- Works with IT development, solution architecture, Product team, QA, business, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Constantly looks to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalates when needed.
- Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments, and progress.
- Manages and tracks cross team dependencies.
- Provides solutions to a wide range of difficult and complex problems requiring extensive investigation and analysis.
- Coordinates handover of systems from build to support ensuring transfer of knowledge, documentation & open issues.
- Recommends changes in programs, routines, and quality control standards.
- Stays abreast of advances in technology.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7 years required, 10 years preferred of experience managing interfaces (batch, realtime), Data processing, system analysis design, and operations.
- 3 years of supervising work of subordinate employees is preferred.
- Programming and systems analysis.
- Solid analytical skills - able to solve problems & interpret instructions in any form
- Project management expertise in planning and completing large and small projects
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership ability as a creative, competent team builder.
