Job Title: Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS)
Location: In-office, Full-Time
Program: SAIOP/SACOT Groups
Wesley Behavioral Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) to join our team! This is a full-time, in-office position, working with our SAIOP (Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program) and SACOT (Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment) groups.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients in our SAIOP/SACOT programs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Facilitate therapy group sessions focused on substance abuse recovery, relapse prevention, and life skills.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation for client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and effective treatment for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for substance abuse treatment.
Qualifications:
- Current LCAS licensure in the state.
- Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and recovery strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
