Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness when creating, modifying and tracking repair orders, purchase orders and warranty claims for the Service Department.
- Communicate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Service Manager to collect the appropriate information needed to process service documentation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Commitment to providing the highest quality of customer service
- Previous multi-functional office experience a plus
