Responsibilities


Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries with a positive attitude to ensure a pleasant service experience.

Problem Solving: Utilize effective problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues quickly and satisfactorily.

Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, or in person.

Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.

Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the system.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to the team for process improvement.



Requirements


Personal lines license required.

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Previous customer service experience is favorable, though not a strict requirement, as training will be provided.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and approachable demeanor for engaging interactions with customers.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing service excellence.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
