We’re looking for a dedicated Personal Care MedTech to join our Personal Care team! This for is someone who’s ready to bring warmth, professionalism, and reliability to our residents' daily lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely administer to residents according to the prescribed dosage and schedule.
- Monitor residents for changes and communicate observations effectively
- Assist with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
- Keep accurate records and help maintain a positive, respectful atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (but heart and attitude matter most!)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion, patience, and a true calling to care
